Morgan Distributing, Inc. is an Oregon Corporation that was formed in 1959 when Charles “Chuck” and Marlene Morgan purchased B.W. Distributing, a small Blitz Weinhard distributorship in Oregon City, Oregon. Chuck Morgan had recently departed from C.S. Morgan & Son, a wholesaler oil business owned by his father. In 1964, Morgan Distributing purchased the distribution rights for Anheuser Busch Brands in Clackamas County. During the 1970’s the Morgan family became active in the business, and Chuck began to explore other interests. Marlene passed away in 1990 and Chuck sold his remaining interest in the company in 1991 to the families of his son David and two daughters Debi and Mary. In 2000, Morgan Distributing sold the distributions rights to all non-Anheuser Busch products and purchased the Anheuser-Busch Distribution rights for Northeast Portland.
