Eagle Distributing Company was founded by Chet & Gloria Galeazzi in 1958. In 1987 Eagle was relocated to the Airport Business Center north of Santa Rosa,Ca.

In 1989 Partners Charlie Head,Mark Gleason & Mickey Head, along with their business partner Merrill Lynch-St.Louis, acquired Eagle Distributing and the exclusive Anheuser-Busch distribution rights in Sonoma county.

Eagle purchased the exclusive A-B distribution rights for Marin county from the Joe DeMaestri family in 1992 and in 1998 purchased the exclusive A-B distribution rights for Lake county from the Tambirelli family.In Dec. 2002 Eagle purchased the A-B distribution rights from Barbara & Harold Madden estate.

Today Sonoma & Marin counties are serviced from the 60,000 sq.ft. warehouse located in the Airport Business Center. Mendocino & Lake counties are serviced from our 20,000 sq. ft. distribution center in Ukiah,Ca. Our refrigerated warehouses and computer-based order/inventory systems make sure our customers get the freshest, highest-quality beer available.
