Anheuser-Busch Wholesalers, together with 12 breweries and a vast network of shippers, provide the most extensive and effective beer distribution system in the brewing industry. Refrigerated warehouses and computer-based inventory systems make sure our Retailers and Customers get the freshest, highest-quality beer available anywhere.

C&G Distributing Co., Inc. was started in 1947 with such products as Foxhead, Braumeister, and Carlings. C&G acquired it's first territories and distribution rights for Anheuser-Busch ("A-B") in 1967, with additional territory being acquired for our southern most territory in 1971.

We entered into the Wine & Spirits business in 1972 with such products as Zonin Lambrusco, Italian Swiss Colony, and Smoky Mountain Wines. Our first corporate building was constructed in 1973, which consisted of a 24,000 square foot facility on St. Johns Road in Lima, Ohio. It has now been expanded several times and currently encompasses 60,000 square feet of state of the art climate controlled warehousing, along with newly remodeled offices and a Busch Satellite Network Training Facility.

In 1989, we built a 30,000 square foot warehouse/office facility in Versailles, Ohio that services our southern most territory. In 2000, we sold our Wine & Spirits business, and we are currently selling A-B products exclusively in both Lima and Versailles, Ohio. Our customer base consists of approximately 900 licensed retail accounts in a 9 county area of West Central Ohio.

In March 2008 the company was purchased by Fino J. Cecala, Gary J. Guagenti and Mark G. Guagenti which represents the 3rd generation of family members to own and run the day to day operations of the company. We are proud to be an Anheuser-Busch distributor, and take pride in owning and operating this great company.
