Position Title:     Mechanic – Fleet 

Reports to:           Fleet Manager 

Department:        Facility Operations 

FLSA Status:       Non-Exempt                   Salary 

                                                                                                                  

 

General Summary

Perform duties to maintain the up keep of all tractors, trailers, and fleet vehicles.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Work from work orders, instructions, and schedules; maintain accurate mileage and maintenance records and determine schedules for effective preventative maintenance.
  • Check/adjust or repair brakes; check and replenish fluid levels; check hoses, tires, lights, and other systems.
  • Determine the need for vehicles to be removed from service for repairs based upon inspection or driver reported problems.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Assist in the training of new Fleet Maintenance employees.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • 3-5 years previous Fleet Maintenance experience.
  • ASE Air Conditioning certification.
  • Responsible for providing personal tools necessary for job function.
  • Valid State of Florida class “A” CDL.
  • Ability to acquire/maintain CDL.
  • Use hand and hand-powered tools, jack stands, hoists, and other similar tools
  • Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean, orderly condition.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 75lbs.
  • Ability to bend, squat and climb repetitively.
  • Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to pass/maintain DOT physical requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

 

Position Title:     Off-Premise Delivery Driver 

Reports to:           Delivery Supervisor 

Department:        Off-Premise Sales 

FLSA Status:       Non-Exempt                             Salary 

                                                                                                                  

 

General Summary

Deliver pre-sold orders to assigned accounts.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Deliver and stock product in assigned areas of coolers and/or backrooms adhering to City Beverages rotation policy.

  • Build displays and fill out of stocks in windows.

  • Responsible for reconciling Daily Route Packs to cash/charges and inventory.

  • Read code dates on product.

  • Other duties as may be assigned.

     

    Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Valid State of Florida Class “A” CDL and DOT medical card.

  • Ability to Acquire and maintain valid class “A” CDL.

  • Maintain courteous/professional relationship with customers.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Responsible for cab and trailer cleanliness.

     

    Physical Requirements

  • Ability to bend, squat and climb repetitively.

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs repetitively.

  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs to/from above shoulder height repetitively.

  • Ability to lift up to 161lbs to shoulder height occasionally.

  • Ability to push/pull handcart/breakdown weighing up to 320lbs.

  • Ability to pass/maintain DOT physical requirements.
