Position Title:     Mechanic – Fleet 

Reports to:           Fleet Manager

General Summary

Perform duties to maintain the up keep of all tractors, trailers, and fleet vehicles.


Essential Job Functions

·         Work from work orders, instructions, and schedules; maintain accurate mileage and maintenance records and determine schedules for effective preventative maintenance.

·         Check/adjust or repair brakes; check and replenish fluid levels; check hoses, tires, lights, and other systems.

·         Determine the need for vehicles to be removed from service for repairs based upon inspection or driver reported problems.

·         Perform other related duties as assigned.

·         Assist in the training of new Fleet Maintenance employees.


Job Requirements

·         High School Diploma

·         3-5 years previous Fleet Maintenance experience.

·         ASE Air Conditioning certification

·         Responsible for providing personal tools necessary for job function.

·         Valid State of Florida class “A” CDL

·         Ability to acquire/maintain CDL

·         Use hand and hand-powered tools, jack stands, hoists, and other similar tools

·         Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean, orderly condition.


Physical Requirements

·         Ability to lift 75lbs

·         Ability to bend, squat and climb repetitively

·         Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time.

·         Ability to pass/maintain DOT physical requirements






Position Title:     Warehouse/Case Selector

Reports to:           Warehouse Supervisor

Work Days:          Monday - Friday    Work Hours:  5pm – 1:30am 

Salary:                  Performance Based Piece Pay    


 General Summary

Perform duties such as stacking, order filling, rotating stock, and loading/unloading package and draught trucks.

Essential Job Functions

  • Select, palletize and load case products onto delivery vehicles using powered equipment.
  • Load package, and draught trucks following rotation and loading procedures correctly and safely.
  • Work from information provided on headset, load sheets, load manifests, and other instructions. 

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Good math skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to become certified in the proper use of; forklift, hand truck, electric pallet jack, power hoist and other mechanical equipment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs repetitively.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs to/from above shoulder height occasionally.
  • Ability to bend, squat and climb repetitively.
  • Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 160lbs to waist height infrequently.
  • Ability to climb into and out of forklift repetitively.
