Edit Your Contacts

Step One: Add the Contacts Page

Be sure you have logged in to your web site and have your red buttons showing. (See the Log In page if you need help.)

Click on the red button marked "Add a Page."

On "Add a Page", you will see various pages and page types that you can add to your web site.

Find "Contacts Page" (3rd from the top). Click on the green "Add" button next to "Contacts Page." The Contacts "Edit Page" will appear.

There are some things you can change on the Contacts "Edit Page" page, but for now, feel free to accept the defaults.

Click on the Publish button at the bottom of the page and the Contacts Page named "Our People" will be added to your site.

Step Two: Add Contacts to your Contacts Page

Click on the Our People link in your left-hand Table of Contents. When you are on the Our People page, be sure you are in edit mode with your red buttons showing.

Click on "Add a Contact."

An Edit Page will appear with blanks for contact name, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address.

If you want to add a picture, upload the picture separately, and type in the name of the picture, including its extension, for example, johnsmith.jpg, in the box provided on this page. Please note that your image names should NOT have spaces or punctuation in them, other than the dot before .jpg or .gif.

Fill in the blanks on the Edit Page, then click "Publish."

Repeat to add more names.
