An expansion into the spirits market led Hensley to sign on the dotted line with a local west valley farmer, Santiago Gonzalez, to distribute his family's line of tequilas, 3 Amigos tequila, made from 100% agaves.
Tequila is a spirit that can only be made in Mexico and nowhere else, making the spirit exclusive and special to Mexico. Santiago and his brothers grow agaves and make the tequila on their family-owned land in southern Mexico.
From there it is shipped north to Hensley for distribution. Since May 2007, the family knocked on restaurant and grocery store doors in an effort to get their bottles on the shelves. They succeeded in getting their tequila in stores such as Bashas' and AJ's. But, by teaming up with Hensley, you will be seeing 3 Amigos tequila in stores and bars all across the valley in the upcoming months.

3 Amigos is premium tequila that is family owned, managed, and controlled. The red, rich inclined land in Mexico that 3 Amigos grows their agave on is owned by the family. When agave is grown, it is transplanted from a more mature agave that sprouts out young agave. These agaves are not introduced to any pesticides or herbicides. All work is provided by ranch hands.
