At the discretion of the bartender or server, a retailer arranges and/or provides a customer with either a full fare, reduced fare, or a free cab ride home. Having flexibility in the amount of discount offered to the customers helps the retailer control costs and handle each situation independently. Retailers are provided with a special hotline no-hold phone number to Discount Cab: 602-266-0002.

Hensley provides each participating account with $60 voucher booklets (six $10 coupons). Suggested amount is one - two coupons per customer per ride. In return for using Discount Cab as the transportation service, Discount Cab provides a FREE RIDE BACK on the following day, returning the customer to their car.

Hensley provides point-of-sale materials to promote the program on a retailer's premises. It can be modified at any time.

Nothing can replace personal responsibility; however, providing a designated driver, if the need arises, is the right thing to do.
